Service request are done quickly and the office staff are super nice and very helpful. Grounds are pretty and neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly. Great location and easy access to the freeway. Large apartments with lots of storage space and updated appliances.

Honestly, I was annoyed when I learned that I would have to move from my little haven' at the end of my lease in order for Baron Properties to do a complete renovation. Time has a way of healing all woes, when I stopped in to look at the Model for the renovated apartments..... I was WOWED I look forward to renewing my lease and moving into one of the light, bright beautifully renovated apts here at Montero at Dana Park. The entire staff is wonderful ... friendly efficient. The grounds are nicely maintained, there's plenty of parking, and the Community is a safe place to live. Thank you to all the staff for making this a GREAT place to call Home'.

The apartments and grounds are beautiful, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the amenities are accessible and up-kept well, and maintenance is quick and efficient. The only issue I have had was a slight internal miscommunication about my move in date but even that was handled swiftly and professionally by the staff. All in all I am very happy with my decision to stay here and would recommend it to anyone in search of a place to live.

submitted by Shelley W. - |Recommended: NoDisappointed Resident — Let me start by say saying I love my apartment, but the management company,Baron, that took over on May not so much. How about the green pool Labor Day that should have been shut down but no one was here even after I called the emergency line. And don't get me started about the less than e landscapers, they don't know how to trim trees not even the partially dead one at the pool, they are a joke. The gates haven't worked most of the time since they took over,we are a gated community. To be fair they did paint the building and the new pool furniture looks nice. I was in this business for 8 years and must say I am disappointed with Baron

submitted by Tracy-Anne B. - |Recommended: YesProperty Maintanace — The pool is not well kept. It seems that once the weekend comes no one cleans it or makes sure proper chemicals are in this pool. It is cloudy and bits of debris floating around. This is an area that needs proper attention and not just maintenance staff here at complex. Hire some professionals that know how to maintain it properly. The pool has lots of children in it and we know they do not all get out to use the washroom. It is disgusting and we are concerned about our health being in that water. The pool deck is not washed down everyday as in the past owners, people are smoking and drinking and liquids are being spilt, and it makes for a sticky surface and unsanitary environment. The gates are not always locked therefore allowing people of the community to enter on their own, or sometimes they follow the residents in when we are using our fabs. Just recently there was a man for the second time, who does not live here - picking through our garbage on a Saturday gates are closed wonder how he got in We pay high rent at this location, and a lot of things are being overlooked and not attended to properly. It seems the biggest concern right now is, updating and remodeling the apartments in order to get people in and hike up the rent. Paying a higher rent means that all amenities should be up to par, and the gates should be closed that is why they are there. The excuse of it deters people wanting to coming and look at apartments if they are closed and not being able to get in - this is not in our opinion a good one, or the excuse of - there is a lot of contractors in and out and it is not convenient to have them closed.
